They will be cumulated with beauty coins you earn from other activities such as writing a review on Ounousa Reviews, completing your beauty profile, referring us to your friend, following us on social media, and more.

Whether you’re looking to pamper yourself or your loved ones with products from LooliaCloset and SohatiCare, or curated gift boxes from Oh! Beauty Box, you will be able to cumulate your beauty coins into a single account as long as you use the same email address across the different platforms.

You can redeem your beauty coins on LooliaCloset, SohatiCare, and Oh! Beauty Box by exchanging them to a discount in value applied directly to your basket at checkout, a gift card, or a free product.

We know it’s tempting but we are sorry. You can only use one reward redemption method at a time.

Rewards acquired with your beauty coins cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you cancel a product or an order you placed, you will not earn beauty coins because you will not be charged for this product/order you cancelled. If you return a product you purchased, all your beauty coins earned from this purchase will be deducted from your balance.

We are sorry, you cannot transfer or “gift” your beauty coins to anyone else.

Your order history shows under the /Preferences/ tab and displays details pertaining only to your purchases on a specific pltaform: LooliaCloset, SohatiCare and Oh! Beauty Box.

Your rewards history shows under /“My Beauty” Loyalty Program/ tab and provides you with details pertaining to your redeemed rewards including type of rewards, date of redemption, and remaining balance.

Yes you can if the balance of the gift card exceeds the amount needed to redeem the reward.
